We want every payment to end in a delivered top-up or your money back. This policy explains when and how we refund a payment.
1. When we refund
| Situation | What we do |
|---|---|
| The operator or provider rejects the top-up | Full refund |
| The top-up cannot be completed after retries | Full refund |
| You paid an order that had already expired | We review the payment and refund it or complete the top-up |
| Underpaid or overpaid on-chain payment | Manual review: we refund the difference or the full amount, as appropriate |
2. When we cannot refund
- If the operator accepted the top-up on a mistyped number or on an operator chosen by mistake. Once the balance is credited we cannot recover it.
- If the on-chain payment was sent on another network or in another token than the one stated and never reached our address.
- If the balance was correctly credited to the stated line.
3. How we refund
- On-chain: we return it to an address you give us, in the same asset and network, minus the network fee where applicable.
Refunds are made in the asset you paid with (USDT or USDC) and for the same amount. We do not compensate exchange-rate changes.
4. Timing
When a top-up cannot be completed, our team reviews the order and writes to you within 24 hours with the fix: another try or a refund. Some cases may take longer; we will email you the outcome.
5. How to get help
Write to us from the contact form with your order code (for example, VZUE6RYDES).
