Acceptable use

To keep the service safe for everyone, some uses are not allowed. If we detect them we may reject orders, apply limits or block access.

1. Prohibited uses

• Using the service with funds of illicit origin, or to launder money or finance illegal activities.
• Topping up lines without their holder's permission or as part of fraud, scams or impersonation.
• Testing numbers or payment methods at scale, automating purchases or trying to evade the daily limits.
• Interfering with the site: attacking or overloading it, probing for vulnerabilities without permission or bypassing the anti-bot check.
• Reselling the service as your own without an agreement with us.
• Using the service from countries, or as a person, subject to sanctions that prevent us from serving you.

2. What we do

We may ask for more information, hold an order for review, refund it or refuse to process it, and cooperate with the authorities when the law requires it.
