This policy explains what personal data we process when you use vzlaonlineservices.com, why, and for how long. We collect the minimum needed to deliver your top-up and prevent abuse.
1. Data we process

We never ask for or store cards, passwords, seed phrases or private keys.
If you join a country waitlist or contact us as a partner, we keep the form data to answer you.
2. Legal basis
We process this data to perform the purchase you ask for, for our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and, for the waitlist, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
3. Who we share it with
- Top-up provider and operator: the number and the top-up, to deliver it.
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email), who process it on our behalf.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. How long we keep it
- Order and payment data: as long as the applicable accounting and tax law requires (up to 5 years).
- IP address and browser: 90 days.
- Waitlist and partner contacts: until you ask us to remove them.
5. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to us from the contact form. Some order data must be kept by law even if you ask us to delete it.
6. Cookies
We only use technical cookies and, if you accept, analytics without personal data. Details in the cookie policy.
7. Security
Connections are encrypted, internal access is restricted and protected with a second factor, and every administrative action is logged.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with its date.
